Back Pain Prevention

Its estimated that 80% of people will experience back pain at some point in their life. Back pain is also the #1 reason people call out of work. 

Having suffered a sever herniated disk, it lead  me to studying Dr. Stuart Mcgill’s work (the leading Dr. in back pain rehabilitation and injury prevention) & getting a certificate of completion in his Low Back Disorders book and self rehabbing my injury myself.

I understand the importance of spine hygiene and proper movement patterns to prevent back pain and I want to pass that knowledge on to my members to keep them moving pain free.
