One of my Favorite Warm-Ups

Warm-ups are one of the most under rated and overlooked portion of most peoples workouts. In fact, you’d be surprised how many people skip warm-ups all together. A quality warm-up will prime your body for physical exercise by getting your muscles warm, working the movement pattern and even help with injury prevention.  One of my favorite Dynamic lower body warm-ups is the circuit shown in the video. Back Pain Prevention Seminar 03/14/2020

Its estimated that 80% of people will have low back pain at some point in their life. In this seminar we’ll be going over movements that can help prevent back pain and how to find relief if you currently have back pain. We’ll also be going over how to exercise and return back to a fit/active lifestyle after back pain.

Member of the Month: Cathy

#MemberOfTheMonth Cathy has been training with us for a little over a year now. She’s a mother and has a busy job as a GM at a local hotel. Despite her busy schedule, she still manages to find time to train with us at least 3x a week! So far shes down 14.5 inches and has gained a ton of strength!
