I just wanted to take a moment to say a huge THANK YOU to everyone who came out for Friendsgiving at the gym! It was so great to see everyone outside of training, enjoying good food, great conversations, and the community we’ve built together.
I’m so grateful for all of you—not just for your hard work in the gym but for the support, camaraderie, and fun you bring to every event we host. Moments like these remind me why I love what I do.
