11/30/24 Thanksgiving Slimdown Results

🏆 2024 Thanksgiving Slimdown! 🏆

We just wrapped up our 4th Annual Thanksgiving Slimdown Fat Loss Contest, and we couldn’t be prouder of everyone who participated! Each contestant made incredible progress, proving that consistency and effort really pay off.

A huge shoutout to Jasmine, who crushed it by losing 10 lbs and 6 inches, earning her the grand prize of $470! 🎉

While Jasmine took home the win, all of our participants achieved amazing results and set the tone for a healthy holiday season. Thank you for showing up, staying dedicated, and pushing yourselves. 💪

Here’s to finishing the year strong and making every step count! 👏 #ThanksgivingSlimdown #FitnessGoals #ApexFitness#ResultsMatter #fatloss #fatlosscontest #weightloss#apexfitness845 #kingston #kingstonny #ulstercounty#dutchesscounty #newpaltz #gym #fitnessstudio #fitnessclass#groupfitness #personaltraining #personaltrainer #onlinetraining#coach
